Gaspar Ferreiro - Founder

Gaspar Ferreiro is not your typical game developer. For starters, he is an accomplished professional in the Banking Industry, helping to create the logic behind an online investment platform that currently manages more than 1.6 Billion dollars of investment funds. He is also heavily involved in Non-profit Work, education, and social entrepreneurship. Yet, his real calling is in the exploration of new and exciting technologies, which have naturally driven him to software development with a focus on Virtual and Augmented Realities. He developed his first VR app at Oculus share “VR Boat Adventures”.  Later, he developed a demo for GearVR called “Islands in the Sky” (for the Oculus Mobile Jam), which later evolved into “Islands in the Sky V2” (for Archiact Global Jam), for which he won 1st place, and got to travel to China to interact with other VR companies and developers.

Gir Resnick - Project Manager

Joshua “Gir” Resnick has pursued the field of game design since 2002, when he first played Kingdom Hearts on the PS2. The game’s message of acceptance and compassion continues to drive his passion for crafting compelling stories through the medium of games as he works on various 2D and 3D projects. Since 2012, Gir has been running The Skywatchers, his own key-turn game strategy company that provides extensive documentation, agile production schedules, and grassroots marketing plans to indie game studios. As Project Manager, it is Gir’s responsibility to make sure everyone is getting things done while also lending support in 3D modeling, level design, game design, and C# programming.

James Simpson - Senior Programmer

James Simpson has been dreaming of creating games since his first glimpse of an Atari 400. He has earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and B.F.A. in Game Art and Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. James earned the nickname "Doctor Unity" for his mastery of the Unity 3D game engine. He has shared his expertise as an instructor in Unity and game development at the Art Institute of Atlanta since 2009. Russell Jennings - Level Designer

Russell Jennings has been a fan of video games since his parents first bought him a Nintendo 64. SInce then video games have been a driving force in his life from Pokemon to Fire Emblem. The idea of creating a world and characters for others to enjoy drove him to study sequential art and game design at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2010. Since then, he has worked for The Skywatchers, helping to design Art Bibles for indie game studios. He currently works as Art Lead at Project Ghost, designing 3D assets for games and assisting in the planning of maps and characters.
